       The two articles  talking abut how the design has big impact on its customers and how it make it easier and simple to the customers. the first article is about the BBC big news company which has website. this website  shows the breaking news and the shows in the channel. although it is very big company, there website has problems with the design some of  reader user  was complaining about the design. He has trouble finding a favourite show.

the second article is about how the Walt Disney Company consider Walt Disney the first user experience designer. walt Disney everything is designed down to the exact detail from the Cast members who are trained on how to treat customers with very specific instructions on how to do even the minutest actions, like waving and smiling until the design team of theme parks for out building.

Why is it important to create personas and user profiles?

      The importance of  user profiles and personas is apparent throughout the entire design process. Informing content creation or research phases, being the catalysts for creating user journeys at the prototype stage, informing design decisions, helping evaluate proposed features or even helping the executive team get to grips with a proposed direction for the design. The profiles will help a designer justify decisions, help a client understand them and hopefully help a design become more usable and effective. Also, helps you to create or refresh your target audience. Once defined, the target audience become your guides.
