         Big business for UX professionals review the websites and applications of users and their competitors. reviewing the websites and applications is very important. it lets you know what is users need, what is the problems of the product,  if product will stay in market or not and how to improve the product?. there are Expert evaluations evaluate of the efficiency and effectiveness of the major user tasks, a heuristic evaluation, and an assessment of best practices in navigation, layout, IA, nomenclature and labelling, window and panel behavior, and many other attributes. also, Expert evaluations should focus on the achievement of business objectives like: help the product to built a relationship with the user, encourage the user to stay on the site and support and complement other channels.

What is Interaction design?    

      Interaction design focuses on creating interfaces, systems, and devices revolving around user’s  behavior. For the design of any interactive product, we must take into account several important points: 1- Who are the target group.  2-What are the services and activities to be provided by the product. 3- Where we will deliver product? , so here are some of product and how users interact with it. Here are some of product and how users interact with it. 

First, shoes cabinet:

is one of the important things in the home a long time ago until now. they focus on women who are the target of the product. then they try to attract them by design and space. they made it small, so it does not take much space. the shortcomings of the prodcut is they focus on design and space and forgot to have any kind of ventilation, so when you open the product, the smell will spread. 

Second, Foursquare

this app saves your time for searching where to go and it gives you many choices and you can review people's evaluation about the place. also, Provides you with information about the restaurant or coffee. the Mental model of this app is very simple , clear and easy to the use  and the Navigation is flexible, but there is Shortcomings which are The user interface, such as adding a new location is a bit complicated so you have to access to search and search for the name of the place and then you can 

add a new location. even in new update.

Third photoshop

What is photoshop?

Photoshop is one of the famous Adobe programs. This program is a special program of work of the graphics, which is the first program in the world in terms of power and the large number of users. This software enables you to create images and designs that you can use. The program is very useful, helps many majors like animation background.    also, there are some of Shortcomings the Mental model of photoshop is very complicated specially for beginner users and The affordance of the program is confusing.

Finally, cellphone

The device has a master control. It controls many things like lightning system, doors, air conditioners and curtains. Also it has an intelligent GPS and a smart reservation programmed payment. the Design of the product is easy and simple to use with clear and 

 colourful screen, but there are Shortcomings. The battery dose not handle the beneficial 
use of the telephone.

All in all, these paragraphs explain how the product design is very important and how the users interact with it. How the complaint of users, will help the product to know what are the shortcomings of the product and how to develop them.

BBC and Walt Disney Articles

       The two articles  talking abut how the design has big impact on its customers and how it make it easier and simple to the customers. the first article is about the BBC big news company which has website. this website  shows the breaking news and the shows in the channel. although it is very big company, there website has problems with the design some of  reader user  was complaining about the design. He has trouble finding a favourite show.

the second article is about how the Walt Disney Company consider Walt Disney the first user experience designer. walt Disney everything is designed down to the exact detail from the Cast members who are trained on how to treat customers with very specific instructions on how to do even the minutest actions, like waving and smiling until the design team of theme parks for out building.

Interactive Media

     Interactive media is how interact people through design. one of the important thing in interactive media is UX user experience design which helps People are aware of your product/service and interested in it, makes the us know if the product will live or not. also, makes us know if regular use of the product/service and users are passionate about our design, they are excited to share it with others or not. in the interactive media you will know How The Internet Works, Internet History,What is Hypertext, What is a Domain, What is a programming language, and the Levels of programming languages which are High-level program and Low-level program. there are types of programming languages like, C,JAVA, HTML and CSS. Addition, Programming Paradigms and Language Evaluation Criteria.

Why is it important to create personas and user profiles?

      The importance of  user profiles and personas is apparent throughout the entire design process. Informing content creation or research phases, being the catalysts for creating user journeys at the prototype stage, informing design decisions, helping evaluate proposed features or even helping the executive team get to grips with a proposed direction for the design. The profiles will help a designer justify decisions, help a client understand them and hopefully help a design become more usable and effective. Also, helps you to create or refresh your target audience. Once defined, the target audience become your guides.
